Select Lecture to mute participants except the host(s) and prevent participants from unmuting. Participants can unmute themselves by pressing *6. Select Mute to mute all participants except the host(s). The default is Mute Off for open conversation. On the left of the Conference View page under Web Controls, locate the Mute drop-down. When mute is activated, the microphone icon turns blue with a slash through it. Click Microphone for the participant you want to mute. There are several ways to mute participants. To stop and save the recording, simply click on OFF and it’ll display that the recording function is off. The button will display that recording is on. Record your conference call by clicking ON under the record button found on the left of your Conference View page. To assign names click on the Caller Name field and type in the participants’ name. When participants join your conference call, you may assign a name to them to identify them when they are speaking. To view your live conference call login to your account and go to the Conference View tab. If you have a US mobile phone number and would like to proactively request a call back you can do so by texting “Call Me” to the US dial-in number of your conference. If this happens, simply answer the call and we'll connect you to your conference. When dialing into your conference, we may call you back to ensure the best quality of service. As the host you will also join via telephone with the same conference dial-in number and host access code. Preferences allow you to set your conference features like entry and exit tones to be on or off when a participant joins the conference call.
